A wealth of enthusiasm and musical knowledge, Rayna has been volunteering at VOWR since July, 2023. She is a lover of people, travel, history, and culture. Her passion for music is as eclectic and diverse as her continuous thirst for life. She is an integral part of the new generation of VOWR volunteers and a true representative of the station’s bright future.

Rayna hosts the Monday edition of “The Drive Home” program. On the program, she loves to include music of all styles and her segment “Covers and Originals” explores the origins of many of the popular songs we hear every day.

Also, on every alternate Monday night, she hosts The Unsigned Radio Hour. Rayna created this program to give undiscovered and independent artists a moment to shine on VOWR’s airwaves. She has played songs by hundreds of unrecognized songwriters and artists from Newfoundland and Labrador, and all corners of the globe.
